Steiff Club Edition Bear 2009 "Margarete" EAN 420009

A special bear made exclusively for Club Members in 2009 in memory of Margarete Steiff who died 100 years ago in 1909. This bear has been made from white alpaca and is 5 ways jointed. The soles and paws are made from wool felt and the nose, mouth and claws are hand stitched in black thread. The Steiff Bear wears a medallion with a chain around her neck with a rare photo of Margarete Steiff who is holding a teddy bear. The bear was made as a very special edition of only 3,000 pieces worldwide and stands 13¾" (35cm) tall. There is also a scrapbook included, which is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of

The Limited Edition bear comes complete with a numbered certificate, decorative gift box with outer protective box.

Steiff Club Annual Edition Bear - EAN 420979 |
A very attractive Steiff club bear made from a high quality brass coloured wavy mohair. The bear was made for Club Members in 2009 and is fully jointed. He has lovely black eyes and a vertically hand stitched brown nose. Like all Steiff bears he proudly wears the famous "Button-in-Ear".
Around his neck he wears an orange bow with the words "Steiff Club Edition 2009" embroidered in yellow. The Club Bear also comes with an embroidered black cloth bag and a certificate. This bear stands 12" (30 cm) tall.

Steiff 1999 Club Bear - EAN 036125 |
This very special bear, made exclusively for Steiff Club members in 1999, was a replica from 1912.
He is made from a lovely smooth black mohair and has beige wool felt pads. His nose, mouth and claws have been hand stitched. The bear's black eyes are set on red felt which gives him a wonderful personality.
Around his neck the bear proudly wears the Steiff Club porcelain Medallion.
This rare club bear stands 13¾'' (35cm) tall
and when tipped will growl!
He was made to order only
for Club Members during 1999.
He is in new condition and comes complete with numbered certificate, inner and outer Steiff box. |
